Condee Cooling & Electric opens new office complex

The Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce holds ribbon cuttings for new businesses. Sometimes, they hold ribbon cuttings for old, well-established businesses, too.
That was the case on Thursday afternoon, when the Chamber Ambassadors and well-wishers gathered at Condee Cooling & Electric, Inc., who has been celebrating their 42nd anniversary. Condee was dedicating their new expanded office complex on Front Street. Catering and bar service was provided by their neighbor, who happens to be the Marco Polo Restaurant.
Service with 30-year plus smiles

Long-serving island businesses sought for Chamber gala recognition between them, they have more than 100 years of serving customers on Marco Island. And, that's just three businesses known to have operated under the same ownership for more than 30 years on the island. The Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce knows there are many more, and wants to hear from them ASAP. The reason is simple, but sincere. The Chamber wants to recognize long-serving island businesses at an April 1 gala function celebrating its own 30th anniversary.
