Erik Condee – Operation Officer

Being breed for this career from birth, I was raised around all aspect of this business. My youth since I could walk being a helper with my dad and grandfather, to a/c installs during the summers though high school. Working the warehouse, parts window and warranty administration during college. Shortly after getting a BA in industry and construction I have transgressed to overseeing the entire operation. No one person truly can handle all aspects of what we do at Condee, so I have to give praise to all of the brilliant department leaders for the great jobs they do.

Rene - A/C Service Manager

I started in the heavy commercial refrigeration on when I turned sixteen in Texas. I put myself though college in this field (Texas Longhorns) UT. My major was in business management and I minor was in chemical engineering. After College I moved to California were I was born, then moved to LasVages where I was married to my wife of twenty years. Went on honeymoon to Cayman Island and never left. I started my own Air-conditioning and refrigeration business there. I started a family and wanted my children to attend school in the United States. I moved my family to Marco and went to work for Condee Cooling and Electrical in 2000 as Service Manager. My motto has always been to make sure the customer is happy with the work preformed and is happy after the service is completed. With over thirty years of experience in this field, I can solve almost any problem that I run into.

Michele – Office Team Leader / Controller

I began with the company in 1990. My primary role is financial. I am Accounts Payable and Administrative Assistant to Don Condee Jr and Bruce Barnett. The best part about my job is the opportunity to work with talented and creative people and the customers and vendors our company has had the good fortune to build great relationships though the years.

I have been with Condee since 1980, as a Customer Service Representative, I will be there to help from your first phone call thru the repair process & payment. I truly know what “service with a smile” means.

Mary Beth - A/C Service Coordinator

Should you call and need your air conditioner serviced, repaired or just need to know what to set your thermostat and/or humidistat at when you leave or arrive, I am your girl. I originally started with Condee nine years ago as the receptionist and have moved into the service coordinator for the air conditioning department. In addition to taking, dispatching and billing for the service calls, I also manage the multi-unit preventative maintenance services done at a number of condominiums on Marco.

Charlotte - Electrical Service Coordinator

Ready to coordinate your electrical service calls. I have worked at Condee since 1995, still finding every day a learning experience. Expanding my knowledge in the company and the electrical department so I can be more helpful when customers call in and need assistance with service calls.

Harry – Purchasing Manager

Harry brings 20 + years of experience with the company to his position of purchasing manager. His goal is to provide the correct parts & products in a timely an efficient manner for all our customers.
